“Mexico: La Penita in the Morning”
This painting features La Penita, Mexico, from the palapa of a friend’s house. I have very fond memories of painting this one. It was a gorgeous morning and I was working on the palapa with three other artists. Our host put on Harry Nilsson’s “Coconut Song” and we all started dancing, while still painting. Pure happiness. “La Penita” is 8 x 10 inches and painted on an artist’s panel. It’s framed in a 1/4-inch pine strip frame and is signed, titled and dated on the back. The painting is currently listed for sale on EBAY.
